Custom User Titles

Since you don't pay for the site, I'm not sure if you can do this but, I was wondering if we could have custom user titles.

Perhaps we can be allowed to pick our titles at
4-5 stars
200-300 posts
85-100 points?

Based on any of that info perhaps.

If you are unable to grant an access to basic users that allows us to create custom titles, can we atleast request titles to you, and you give them to us? Then we can tell you why we deserve the title we requested.
